Manage sales orders, shipping, and invoicing for domestic and international Buyback orders-Create and maintain new and existing materials/items in SAP and BPM systems-Maintain List Price and Distributor pricing structures in SAP-Work with Global Service and Sales Administration to implement pricing parameters-AP support and problem resolution -Create goods receipts for all capital purchase orders-Provide account coding recommendations to the Purchasing department-Assist the Finance team in researching variances-Create and maintain blanket purchase orders for all freight vendors-Update Agile supplier information as required, maintaining ASL, including ISO certifications-Conduct Quarterly Excess and Obsolete Inventory review and determine dispositions for E&O material-Support operations, purchasing, and planning team with building custom SAP reports and external dashboards.
