I\'m Hannah, co-founder of Good Company Consulting, an organization dedicated to helping people create authentic, empowering workplaces that don’t inspire the dreaded Sunday scaries. One presentation at a time. I launched my speaking career with a dramatic reading of Hop on Pop to my care bears. Though I was a four-year-old that technically couldn’t read yet, I was hooked by the power of sharing a story with an attentive audience. Since then, I’ve upgraded my content to research-based insights and broadened my audience to new hires, managers, leaders, and C-suite executives. All my work is grounded in empathy and understanding because I believe that with a little more of each, everyone can grow to better listen, communicate, and build stronger working relationships. That’s the workforce of the future. Now, I’m on a mission to create that workforce by delivering presentations and workshops about-Creating a workplace culture that doesn\'t suck -Communicating so people can hear you -The new leadership mindsetHow my past influences my present…In six years, I rose from an amateur speaker to Principal of a consulting firm that applied generational insights to recruiting, retention, engagement, and marketing challenges. In that time, I co-wrote Managing Millennials for Dummies, launched and released a national survey on the next generation, worked to double revenue and staff, ran both the research and keynote speaking departments, and spoke to over 400 different audiences ranging from new hires to c-suite executives. ‘Twas a pretty sweet gig.
