About Hannah Timm
As a Clinical Systems Engineer at Rune Labs, I apply my engineering and biomedical sciences knowledge to design and implement innovative solutions for neuromodulation therapy. I work closely with clinicians, researchers, and patients to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products and services. I also leverage my operating room experience and project management skills to support clinical trials and customer installations. Before joining Rune Labs in July 2022, I was the Senior Field Clinical Engineer at NeuroPace in the New York City area, where I helped launch and grow the market for a novel device that treats epilepsy with responsive neurostimulation. I was responsible for providing technical and clinical support, training, and education to physicians, nurses, and patients. I also participated in multiple clinical studies and publications, demonstrating the benefits and outcomes of our technology. I graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Biological and Biomedical Sciences and Literature. I also attended Seton Hall University and Harvard University, where I studied Physics as well as other studies. I am passionate about applying engineering and science to improve the quality of life for people with neurological disorders. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams. I am driven to unlock the potential of the brain with data-driven neuromodulation.
