ABOUT HANNAH THOMSON

I was inspired by my stereotype-defying Granny Jean - and a decade in strategic roles in mission-led, high-growth tech ventures - to found thejoyclub.com We help businesses to attract, engage and retain customers in later life, through providing our life-changing community and content platform as a benefit. At The Joy Club, we believe that it makes commercial and ethical sense to engage customers in later life- By 2040, people in later life will comprise 25% of the population, hold 75% of societal wealth and be responsible for spending 63p out of every pound. Collectively, businesses have the opportunity to secure billions of pounds of revenue by effectively engaging customers in later life- Ageism is the most common form of discrimination in society, which is proven to have negative effects on the physical and mental health of individuals. Businesses have the opportunity to challenge ageism and make people in later life feel seen and heard, by delivering products and services that meet their needs and bring them joy. Moreover, if we’re lucky, later life is coming to us all. Don’t you want to be part of shaping a world that you’re happy to age into? We can help you to attract, engage and retain customers in later life through The Joy Club platform as- A benefit: Your customers will enjoy unlimited access to The Joy Club’s inspiring content and vibrant community.
