With a rapid grasp of the construction industry and project lifecycle, she quickly began driving process improvements through automation and data analytics. In her current role as Risk Manager, Hannah leads cross-regional and cross-functional efforts to improve safety and proactively mitigate project risk. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Benedictine College and a PE in Industrial & Systems Engineering. In 2024, she completed a secondment with NG Bailey in the UK, representing U.S. Engineering and gaining first-hand experience in global construction practices, project delivery, and emerging technologies. In 2025, she returned to her alma mater to accept the Young Alumni Award during Commencement weekend. As the youngest member of the MCAA Innovative Technology Committee, Hannah brings a forward-thinking perspective to the future of the industry. When she\'s not at work, you\'ll find her nurturing her sourdough starter, planning her next trip, or enjoying an Americano by the pool with a book.
