As a video engineer with 10+ years of experience I’ve worked in both startup and corporate environments to streamline their video operations. I started in instructional design, building online and hybrid classes specializing in the use of media, video, audio, interactivity, to drive student engagement. Afterwards I moved to streaming media and OTT, working across companies to deliver VOD and FAST Linear content from all around the world to all major streaming platforms such as Amazon, Hulu, Roku, Tubi, Peacock, Microsoft, Samsung, iTunes, as well as many cable networks and smaller platforms both in the US and internationally. My career has focused on understanding the unique challenges of international distribution, streamlining operations, and reducing work redundancies. My years in a startup has made me particularly adept at maximizing output while keeping costs low. Because I have both startup and corporate experience working with enthusiast platforms (Asian Crush, Retro Crush, Midnight Pulp, Screambox, Bloody Disgusting, Bob Ross, Fandor) I know the importance of knowing your audience\'s expectations, to maximize their engagement. Due to my years distributing international, non-English content, I am uniquely well-versed in the intricacies of distribution in an increasingly globalized streaming world.
