ABOUT HANNAH SCHMELKIN
I am a Senior Consultant in EY\'s People Consulting, practice, focusing on organizational culture, large-scale behavior change transformations, change management, and employee engagement. I have a strong interest in growth mindsets, and global cultural awareness and wellbeing, bringing these into my work and everyday life. My deep passion for travel and adventure stems from a love of learning others’ stories and experiences. It has led me to be an independent travel advisor and learn to embrace and promote inclusion and a lifelong journey of exploration. I am a graduate of Cornell University, where I majored in Industrial and Labor Relations, with minors in Inequality Studies, Law & Society, Education, and Migration Studies, focusing my studies on the intersection between HR, DEI, and global affairs.Outside of work, you can find me traveling the world, exploring new restaurants, and curating charcuterie boards!
