ABOUT HANNAH SCHLEGEL

Before joining Charlie Health, I spent several years as a multi-unit Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, where I led high-performing teams, drove membership growth, and cultivated strong community engagement. That experience honed my leadership, operational strategy, and relationship-building skills — all of which I now apply to expanding access to care and creating meaningful partnerships in the mental health space.These are my top 5 Gallup strengths, and they shape how I build partnerships, lead outreach strategy, and expand access to high-acuity virtual mental health care:Relator® – I thrive on creating authentic, meaningful relationships.
