I am a hard-working, enthusiastic individual with 3 years recruitment experience in both an agency and in-house setting. I specialise in high volume recruitment, campaign management and policy practise. I manage high volume external intakes of 200+ candidates, managing an end-to-end process. I support candidates through the recruitment life-cycle whilst working towards individual and company set SLA’s and KPI’s.
