My privacy-focused practice includes advising on compliance with US state comprehensive privacy laws (eg CCPA), health and biometric privacy laws (eg HIPAA and BIPA), FTC rules and guidance, and COPPA. A substantial part of my practice also involves counseling on GDPR and cross-border data transfer requirements. I assist with product counseling, designing privacy compliance programs, and drafting and negotiating DPAs. I’m excited about the insights and value contained in data and passionate about helping clients navigate the legal landscape of the digital ecosystem.
