   Work directly with the VP of Creative to present creative for all assets of the Marketing Department, not limited to in-gym signage and displays, digital advertising, out of home marketing and fundraising initiatives- Implement consistent and strategic brand standards and use my extensive fitness background to help identify industry trends and proper use of form and fitness products in marketing- Host weekly Creative Production Meetings with the entire Marketing Department to provide status updates on project timelines and artwork. Conduct daily touchbase meetings with the Creative Team- Collaborate with other department Directors and Executives and external partners to from concept through final presentation for campaigns, retail designs, logo creation, fundraising efforts, large-scale events, and more- Tap into my art background and design in-gym murals and artwork, often spanning over 100ft, while following strict print specs, guidelines and deadlines- Operate as a Production Manager on-set for brand photo and video shoots, helping to manage a roster of talent and shift times but also correct form and proper use of machine on set- Coordinate with our out of home and in-gym print vendors to expedite and deliver digital and print marketing across 7 states and 130+ gyms- Manage a team of 3 Graphic Designers and Digital Media Specialists to ensure projects are designed to their highest potential and remain on task.
