ABOUT HANNAH GREENE
Plymouth County Outreach (PCO) is a collaborative of 28 police departments, treatment providers, and hospitals that work together to address the opioid epidemic and support individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. As the Program Manager, I lead a team of professionals who are dedicated to this mission and have been working in this field for over four years. I have an MBA in Human Resource Management from Fitchburg State University and several certificates related to substance use disorder and mental health. I manage the PCO-CIMS data collection software, coordinate training, facilitate meetings, and represent PCO at various events. I also oversee the PCO Recovery Coaches, who provide peer support and linkage to services for people who have experienced an overdose. I am passionate about making a positive impact in my community and collaborating with others who share the same vision and values.
