ABOUT HANNAH PADDEN
As a counsellor in private practice, my emphasis is on authentic connection, with respect for clients’ history, identity and values. In working collaboration, we examine past reflections, present experience and future aims. While I specialise in neurodivergence, including autism, ADHD and AuDHD, I also have experience with domestic abuse from my work at Watford Women\'s Centre. I have a diploma in counselling & psychotherapy, working with a humanistic approach. Humanistic therapy focuses on self-discovery, self-acceptance & personal growth. I\'m a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists.
