   Manage and grow* INDYCAR and INDY NXT social media channels (Instagram, Threads, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn)*Since starting this position in the Fall of 2023, the Andretti INDYCAR and INDY NXT social media channels have gained more than followers • Lead the ideation, planning and output of content• Oversee and report on social media analytics, providing monthly and Year-to-Date (YTD) tracking, in-depth race weekend tracking of content performance, and actionable insights to inform future strategy• Ongoing management of the social tone of voice, liaising with departments to align with broader communications narrative • Work collaboratively with an in-house Content Producer to capture and produce content• Establish and enforce brand guidelines and design graphical elements across our social channels• Play a key role in guiding how partners activate on social media, assisting with campaign planning, to executing on the ground in market and ultimately syndication content across multiple channels• Coordinate and host local influencers and athletes at race events to amplify team promotion via social media• Travel to all race events on the INDYCAR and INDY NXT Series calendar, as well as select Formula E races
