I love finding out what the moving piecees are & how to make them work better together. My favorite projects are ones where I can understand the process, identify the pain points, and start pushing for small changes that make big impacts. I pride myself on designing scalable workflows that meet the demands of the project, focusing on using existing functions to streamline workflows, increase collaboration, and reduce change management. Making company-wide objectives acheivable with technology, communication, and workflow optimization is what intrigues me- it\'s all big puzzle. I like figuring out which options make the best fit & how to make it works.

   As part of the Legal Operations team, I support our Mergers & Acquisitions counsels at OneOncology. I work with our business development & legal teams to drive the expansion of our network of physician-owned oncology practices across the U.S. I am responsible for cross-functional communications in our diligence review diligence process, gathering critical information and creating deliverables for both internal teams and external stakeholders.Throughout the diligence and post-affiliation phases, I oversee the legal integration of OneOncology\'s new acquisitions. This includes managing & uploading legacy contracts, connecting key business leaders between entities, and educating teams on workflows to facilitate the overall success and growth of the network & the physician practices.
