I\'m an intellectually curious straight talker who stands out in a crowd. Maybe something to do being a third culture kid with Yorkshire roots. These traits have served me well in the last 25 years of living and working in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. I am a mediator and Chief of Staff - allocate 30% of my time to voluntary work. Mediator - Civil & Commercial, Workplace & Employment and Community. Being the youngest of six siblings conflict management and negotiation was ingrained from an early age. I have founded, led and grown innovative global teams by aligning strategic priorities with day-to-day operations. I am a CMC Registered and CEDR Accredited Mediator, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Mental Health First Aid Champion and a fluent Spanish speaker.
