As Chief Member Officer at Veris Insights, I lead our member experience strategy for Talent Acquisition leaders partnering with hundreds of Heads of TA at Fortune companies to solve their biggest recruiting challenges.My role is equal parts advisor, connector, and strategist. I help TA and University Recruiting leaders navigate what’s next, from rethinking recruiter skillsets in the GenAI era, to reducing early talent reneges, to influencing business strategy with data-backed insights.Our work spans hiring surges, budget cuts, and market pivots but my focus is constant and includes delivering clarity, community, and actionable research that empowers TA teams to lead (and pivot) with confidence.I joined Veris to serve the people shaping the future of work.
