As People Operations Manager and strategic partner to the UK division of ATS Global, I am responsible for delivering HR operational excellence, while shaping and driving business aligned people initiatives that deliver impactful business results. Led a global project team to develop and launch the ATS Learning Platform, enabling AI-driven, bottom-up learning for 1,200 ATS Global employees across EMEA, APAC, and Americas. The platform fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, access and retention, resulting in enhanced internal knowledge that collectively improves our commercial offering; Led local improvement actions that resulted in the successful achievement of ATS UK Great Place to Work certification two years in a row in 2023 and 2024, with significant improvement across 14 key metrics including integrity, fairness, equity, community, camaraderie, corporate image and pride; Reduced voluntary attrition by 5% between 2023-24; Led the set up of the employee voice committee, an opportunity to promote improved communication between management and employees, ensuring employees have a say in the matters that affect them in the workplace as a driver of engagement; Implemented an annual wellbeing agenda and co-led the wellbeing committee, with a focus on physical, mental and financial wellbeing as drivers of performance; Introduced the stress management standards to our regular performance conversations to better manage and control the factors that lead to work related stress; Upskilled managers in handling difficult conversations and managing performance, resulting in a new approach to performance management and an uplift in manager capability; Improved efficiencies within the UK People Operations team through the introduction of digital tools and improved processes to reduce manual interventions, resulting in a headcount reduction of 50%; Zero employment tribunal claims.
