ABOUT HANNAH-MIA HINDS
Hannah-Mia Hinds is a Brooklyn-born photographer and creative director, specializing in fashion and portrait photography, known for independently producing and directing her own projects from concept to execution. With a comprehensive background working and interning for companies such as David Yurman, Dentsu Creative, Our Era Magazine, Shoshanna, and Maggie Inc, Hannah-Mia is developing her craft while working alongside notable brands such as Mains London, Yuhan Wang, 7-11, Steve Madden, and Instagram. Currently studying abroad at the UAL, London College of Fashion, Hannah-Mia has spent her time in London shooting backstage at London Fashion Week shows such as Skepta\'s MAINS London and Ahluwalia, honing her skills in high-energy environments. Alongside this, she has been taking courses in creative direction and design and immersing herself deeply in the art and gallery world, gaining practical knowledge of curation with a focus on the art of storytelling through exhibition. Currently pursuing a Marketing Communications major and Photography minor at Emerson College, Hannah-Mia serves as the President of the American Marketing Association chapter on campus and holds the position of Photo Director for Index Magazine, Emerson’s fashion and culture publication. Hannah-Mia brings a wealth of experience in assisting other creatives on impactful campaigns. She contributed to the success of the Steve Madden 2022 Women\'s History Month campaign and Instagram\'s 2022 Mental Health Awareness Month campaign. Hannah-Mia is actively seeking internships and positions in photography, creative direction, magazine publishing, and creative production. She is particularly interested in roles that allow her to work alongside brands, publications, galleries, and other photographers and artists to help shape their creative vision, drawing from her experience in high-paced environments like Fashion Week, her editorial work, and her self-produced projects.
