ABOUT HANNAH MCINTYRE

Hannah is a high performing and driven individual with a strong track record of delivering against challenging targets through winning the hearts and minds of her colleagues, peers and key stakeholders. Throughout her 19 years experience in Financial Services she has demonstrated her ability to embed robust governance, while maintaining consistently strong quality results and improving the end customer experience. Having joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2001 Hannah has acquired a breadth of experience across a wide range of areas and cultures including Supplier Management, Operations Management, Change Delivery and Risk Management. Originally based in Barnwood under the Cheltenham and Gloucester brand, Hannah has relished the opportunity to broaden her experiences across the Bank which has led to a number of international posts in India and the Philippines. She works with colleagues from a diverse and varied background and mucks in when needed to drive continuous improvement and maximise output whilst reporting to and engaging with Senior colleagues at all levels.Hannah is known for her integrity and her absolute passion for challenging the status quo and working to improve the customer experience. Within her current role she has streamlined processes, reducing response times to our customers from 3 days to the same day. Headcount was realigned and cross-skilling maximised to enable the reduction of more than 300 colleagues, delivering a 10% saving against budget. Business Continuity has been strengthened ensuring cross-site capability for all the key processesShe is an experienced change delivery manager having to implement change quickly and efficiently in response to changing regulation and Business requirements. Hannah is a proven multi-tasker; able to prioritise and effectively manage her workload.
