Hi! My name is Hannah Coley! I am passionate about all aspects of design and solving complex and impactful problems for users. I currently lead a diverse team of UX Designers, UX Researchers, Front-end Developers, and Content Strategists at First Citizens Bank as Director of User Experience. My team is responsible for creating digital banking solutions for our diverse commercial banking client needs while ensuring that the products we build solve impactful problems in a user/client-centric fashion.I have over 11 years of experience in people leadership in a variety of industries to include UX/Product Design, Entrepreneurship, Retail, Department of Defense, and Engineering.
