   Drove and managed a range of business-critical communications with a focus on policy, as well as trust and safety, incident response and corporate matters throughout a dynamic period for Cruise\'s autonomous vehicle business. Owned all aspects of the policy communications portfolio, leading communications strategies to support Cruise’s business-critical regulatory goals. Expanded remit to take on incident response as Cruise\'s driverless ride-hail service expanded, managing and supporting communications efforts in response to on-road incidents. Managed communications for major corporate milestones impacting Cruise\'s narrative and reputation. Continually developed messaging to distill and foster understanding of a complex technology for diverse audiences. Served as a principal spokesperson on behalf of the company. Received promotion within first year at Cruise.
