ABOUT HANNAH KATE STOTT ASSOC.
I have undertaken a Recruitment Level 3 Diploma through Fleetmaster (at The Best Connection) and I am now a recognised recruitment consultant with AIRP connected with my name, as well as having my CIPD and Masters in HR, so I am now recognised as a CIPD Assoc. member.I have worked in different industries which allows me to understand how businesses work. I have worked at BMW for nearly 3 years part-time on reception while studying at University but did many different roles within the business to ensure my full potential was put into the company. Previous to this, I was a Recruitment Resourcer for Nordic Focus Training Group, placing candidates in apprenticeships and full-time positions, tracking job outcomes and completing NVQ Business Administration Level 2. I have completed a Business Management BA Hons degree at Teesside University and graduated with a 1st Class Honours. Following this, I have also finished my MA Human Resource Management and completed in 2021 with a Merit. Alongside of this, I also gained my CIPD qualification at a level 7 equivalent. I am a very outgoing person who enjoys working with a large and small amount of people, working hard and under pressure and having leadership skills.
