With a creative foundation from both SAIC and partnering with artists in Chicago galleries, as well as extensive experience in the tech industry, I bring a uniquely human lens to every people program I build and lead. My diverse experiences span employee experience, engagement, culture, and operations, with deep proficiency in HRIS and performance management platforms, employee resource groups, and people analytics. I specialize in designing people-centered programs that work for global, distributed teams. From policy development and executive partnership to data storytelling and cross-cultural communication, I bring a comprehensive, detail-oriented approach to the initiatives that scale.Throughout my career, I have delivered measurable results that speak to my commitment to both people and process. At G2, I led the overhaul of DEI strategy to align with company OKRs and facilitated programming that highlighted these internal initiatives, illustrating their business impact. I expanded a global wellness program to standardize benefits for a team of over 600 employees across five countries. I also designed the company\'s Quarterly Employee Reviews, transforming people data into actionable insights for c-level leaders — while driving increased engagement scores across six consecutive quarters.I bring an extensive background in employee experience and culture to organizations that are ready to invest deeply in their people.
