About Hannah Jorgensen
Great events live in the details — the kind most people never see, but always feel. That belief has guided my career in event production, hospitality, and client service.In my most recent role as LA Event & Venue Operations Manager at Skylight, I served as the first point of contact for clients and a central hub for everything that followed. From initial inquiries and proposals to day-of execution and post-event follow-up, I managed the full event lifecycle across multiple projects simultaneously. I coordinated staffing, tracked pipelines in Salesforce, collected COIs and permits, prepared event orders and site rep memos, and ensured every logistical detail was clearly communicated across internal teams and vendors — all while delivering white-glove service to high-level clients in fast-paced environments.Alongside this, my work as a Freelance Event Coordinator at The Paramour Estate has allowed me to execute 200+ weddings, productions, and private events, many with complex culinary and staffing needs. These eventsdemanded equal parts organization and grace — balancing contracts, schedules, invoices, and call sheets while staying calm, flexible, and solutions-oriented on the floor. It’s where I learned that great hospitality isn’t just about precision; it’s about presence and ensuring clients feel deeply taken care of.Earlier in my career at United Talent Agency, I developed a strong administrative foundation supporting executives and high-profile clients in an environment where accuracy, discretion, and responsiveness were non-negotiable. Managing calendars, documents, communications, and sensitive information sharpened my ability to stay organized under pressure — skills I now bring into every event, agreement, and clientinteraction.I would love the opportunity to bring my event production experience, operational rigor, and passion for hospitality into my next role.
