As a recent graduate with a degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Illinois State University, I’m passionate about cultivating growth—in individuals, teams, and communities. I believe that leadership is rooted in service, adaptability, and the ability to inspire others toward a shared vision.This belief now drives me in my new role as a Chapter Development Consultant for Tri Delta, where I partner with collegiate chapters across the country to deliver leadership education, operational support, and mentorship. In this dynamic, travel-based position, I facilitate workshops, lead trainings, and support chapter officers in strengthening their communities. I’m energized by new environments, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to help others grow.Previously, I built a foundation in leadership through hands-on roles in customer service and youth development—as a Receptionist at Zeigler Automotive Group and a Gymnastics Instructor at Gymnastics Etc.
