ABOUT HANNAH JIT

Hello! I am currently a senior at The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) attending the Naveen Jindal School of Management, and I plan to graduate with a bachelor of science in healthcare management. I graduated from Memorial Highschool in the spring of 2021 and have had an interest in the fields of business and health ever since taking related courses throughout my high school career. Since then, I have worked in various professional settings with diverse groups of people in many different roles: from leadership and management to cooperation with others in a team setting. These experiences have taught me valuable lessons about the work environment and the professional world which have subsequently given me the confidence and experience necessary to grow and succeed moving forward. Throughout my career, I learned to be proficient in many common office programs such as Microsoft and Google programs. As this is my first year attending UTD, I hope to gain more expertise and connect with those in the field of healthcare management. I am currently working hard to gain skills that will aid me in the job market by taking courses in business, such as Business Law and the Introduction to Professionalism and Communication in Business. Furthermore, I hope to engage in clubs and organizations that will not only help me academically, but also help me to meet those with similar interests and hobbies. Ultimately my goal is to develop the skills required to gain an internship and eventually a job in the field of healthcare management.
