Working across the decarbonisation value chain, we support private investors and the businesses within their portfolios to successfully expand and future proof within highly technical markets with a dearth of talent. I work with technology platforms and operators decarbonising (hard to abate) industry, with a focus on sustainable chemicals, clean fuels (green, blue and white hydrogen, e-ammonia, e-methanol, eFuels, biofuels, SAF etc.) and carbon dioxide removal (CCS, CCUS, CCU, DAC, pyrolysis etc.).

I am a senior level headhunter working within industrial decarbonisation technologies, including but not limited to; energy from waste, CCU, CCS, CDR, clean fuels, green molecules, sustainable materials, circular economy, BESS and EV charging.I work with global investors in, and operators of decarbonisation technologies, manufacturers working to decarbonise their own processes, and technology providers commercialising often FoaK decarbonisation tehcnologies. I bring a unique network and knowledge of the space, with 10 years\' experience in executive search, working with a combination of Fortune 500 traditional heavy industry (petrochemical manufacturing and distribution, building materials, mining etc.) and cleantech startups (including to successful exit), with a focus on CapEx, OpEx, manufacturing, end to end supply chain and commercial roles.
