About Hannah Hughes

I’m a project manager who knows how to get complex, company-wide changes over the finish line. At Element Biosciences, I’ve led big shifts like moving our intranet from Tabla to Confluence, migrating cloud storage from Box to OneDrive, and rolling out large-scale projects including Netsuite Multi-Currency, WMS & Ship Central, and a Quote-to-Cash revamp. Along the way, I’ve saved the company over $1M through a mix of one-time efficiencies and ongoing cost reductions. Some of the work I’m most proud of includes- Building a contract management system in Jira for Legal that cut $40K–$100K in costs and made life easier for teams across the company- Revamping the IT Steering Committee so it actually worked—creating structure, documentation, and trust between stakeholders- Acting as Scrum Master and keeping Salesforce, Netsuite, and data engineering teams aligned with shifting business goals- Turning SaaS and vendor management from a messy spreadsheet into a clear, automated system with executive oversight and visibility. At the end of the day, I’m good at connecting the dots between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership so projects don’t just get done—they stick and add value.

   Managed multiple IT projects from start to execution, maintaining communication with stakeholders and overseeing progress from developers. Including WMS and Ship Central implementation with Netsuite- Oversaw Teams Sprint as Scrum Master, managing retrospectives and sprint planning- Worked closely with Data Engineers, Netsuite Admin and Salesforce Admin to resolve tickets and gather requirements for projects- Set up department process for feature requests in Jira from the ground up- Coordinated, planned and managed company wide migration from Box to OneDrive- Managed SaaS renewals resulting in $500k in annual cost avoidance- Owner and organized SaaS management for all company applications.
