Hannah Henley, President and Head of Intelligent Sensor Solutions at INFICON has passion for developing high performance teams with a growth mindset. Through her work at INFICON she’s collaborated across the semiconductor value chain as the industry evolved through several inflection points, solidifying her view that possibilities are endless when teams work together and let go of traditional fixed pie mindsets. Born and raised in New Hampshire, education brought her to CNY where she completed a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and later an M.S. in Engineering Management from Clarkson University. Starting as a product specialist and transitioning to several different roles at INFICON, she’s grateful for the portfolio of experiences gained working for the smart manufacturing solutions leader. Uniquely motivating for Hannah has been the opportunity to work with people from all different backgrounds and cultures, including moving to Taiwan for an assignment in 2022. Hannah is an avid equestrian, yogi, cyclist, and enjoys time adventuring with family and friends in the outdoors.
