I bring a suite of communication skills to my work, augmented by a first-class degree in English Literature and an 11-year career in English teaching and curriculum management. I work for Causeway Education, a charity who are committed to ensuring that progression is not determined by privilege. We support young people who face barriers to higher education, apprenticeships and early careers. Alongside Causeway’s Programmes Team, I design and deliver training to students, teachers, outreach professionals and employers.
