ABOUT HANNAH HARSTON
As the Early Careers Programme Lead for L\'Oréal UK & Ireland, I oversee the complete employee lifecycle for our Early Careers, from Graduates and Apprentices to Interns and Insights participants. I design and execute development strategies for each programme, onboard new cohorts, and create engaging training. I monitor performance, identify high-potential individuals for future leadership roles, and equip line managers with the skills to effectively lead and mentor Gen Z. My work also includes designing talent development frameworks and assessments, continuously improving our programmes through innovative projects, and providing essential employee relations and pastoral care.Want to join us?
