In my role at Employers for Equality, I am responsible for partner management and building strong relationships with our partner companies. Through ongoing dialogue, I gain insight into the specific needs and challenges companies face in the area of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Together with my colleagues, I translate these insights into tailored and impactful program offerings.A key focus of my work lies in the design and facilitation of training formats. In collaboration with my colleague Lucy, I co-develop our Gender Equity training series, which supports companies in fostering a more gender-equitable workplace culture. I also contribute to our Diversity Basics trainings, which introduce core concepts and create a shared foundation for inclusive work environments. Additionally, I design and deliver sessions on fair care work as a work-life balance issue, aiming to raise awareness around the equitable distribution of care responsibilities and the structural aspects of gender equality.My role combines strategic partner engagement with hands-on program development – always with the goal of embedding DEI principles sustainably within organizations.
