ABOUT HANNAH GRUBER

Hi there! I am Honeywell Aerospace Supplier Development Engineer, and business owner who uses technical skills, tactical problem solving, business logic, and supply chain knowledge to improve supplier performance and relationships. My previous rotations include APU Production Scheduling, Aircraft on Ground Customer Experience and Human Space Project Engineering. During my time at Honeywell, I received my Greenbelt Certification by streamlining our internal shipping process resulting in a savings of $74,620 in transactional touch labor per year. Additionally, I managed a project to increase global customer portal use through data analysis and external training sessions. As a result, all Americas region Channel Partners increased portal use by 15% in just one month. My third rotation was in Human Space Engineering helping design and manage funding of the Carbon Dioxide filtration system for life support in space. This effort will help astronauts breathe on Mars! Also, I am co-founder of Branching Out, a company that sells customizable grafted fruit trees suitable for indoor growing. These trees will be accessible online. Currently, we are developing a website, trademarking our logo, growing beta trees, and pitching our business plan to investors. So far, Branching Out has raised over $18K in funding. Through my experiences, I have acquired several skills, including analyzing and interpreting data in Excel, basic coding in MATLAB, designing through CAD, exposure to project management and budgeting programs and practice with company data portals such as SAP and Salesforce.Do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to chat!
