ABOUT HANNAH GREENHALGH
People ignore design that ignores people\"From a young age, I was drawn to puzzles, design, and technology. My curiosity led me to begin using computers to create printed designs and code web pages. I became fascinated by how design impacts understanding, evokes emotion, and influences decision-making. Naturally, I continued my creative journey to university, where I earned my degree in Interactive Design. Before I joined IBM iX in August 2019, I began my career, in 2012, as a Web designer where I frequently would develop my designs with CSS, HTML and a little bit of JAVASCRIPT. Ever curious to understand and grow, I dug into user experience, understanding the principles and psychology, collecting feedback from users, learning how to wireframe and prototype, etc. All the while feeding my passion for solving complex problems, understanding user‘s needs, and designing human-centered digital experiences.
