I am an International Education Leader with over 20 years of experience across student recruitment, market expansion, institutional partnerships, training, and compliance within the global higher education ecosystem. My career reflects a steady progression from hands-on counselling to senior leadership roles, with a strong focus on building sustainable recruitment models and long-term university relationships.I began my journey as an Academic Counselor at Exterior Interior Pvt Ltd and later became a founding member of Edwise International, India’s largest and one of the oldest overseas education consultancies. Over nearly 18 years, I held leadership roles including Manager – Kerala Operations and National Product Head – Online Courses, contributing to regional market leadership, product diversification, and high-performing team structures.I subsequently served as Business Head – Kerala at Study Square, followed by Head of Knowledge, Training, Process & Controls at Fragomen Educational Services, where I led national training frameworks, governance, and compliance aligned with global mobility standards.Currently, I work as Associate Director – Recruitment (South India) at Univive, overseeing institutional recruitment strategy, partner performance, and market growth.I am British Council and Education New Zealand certified, with deep expertise across UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, and the Middle East. I maintain close relationships with universities and have undertaken multiple international university visits.
