Create and implement cultivation structures that include prospect strategy development, face-to-face visits, continuous donor engagement, preparation of written materials, design and implementation of cultivation events, direct solicitation, and solicitation in tandem with volunteers and other staff. Develop and implement strategic special events series, fundraising-related communications, annual campaigns, and new donor affinity groups in support of The Fralin’s current fundraising priorities. Oversee grant submissions up to and support on larger grants. Oversee volunteer board and internship relationship management, outreach, and strategy.
