This role has allowed me to remain active in the education sector while balancing family commitments, giving me the flexibility I’ve needed during this period.My work has focused on- Rapidly adapting to new classrooms, age groups, and school cultures with professionalism and care- Creating a safe, nurturing environment for children, often stepping in with little notice to ensure continuity and stability- Supporting schools with behaviour management, safeguarding, and SEND needs, maintaining strong communication with staff and leadership teams.This period has sharpened my adaptability, resilience, and commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice, values that closely align with my longer-term goals in programme delivery, advocacy, and community development work.
