Head of Legal and Compliance for the Global Molton Brown business, a leading international luxury cosmetics and beauty brand with a Royal Warrant for the supply of toiletries by appointment to Her Majesty the Queen. Key responsibilities include- Providing total legal support to the Global Molton Brown business and concurrent legal support to the broader Kao Mass (including Jon Frieda, Biore, Oribe) and Salon businesses- Drafting and negotiating distribution, wholesale and marketing agreements; reviewing and approving contracts and terms and conditions from third parties in relation to a range of service contracts across business functions; including IT, CRM, Ecommerce and Marketing- Drafting terms and conditions for competitions and in store promotions- Advising on compliance with UK advertising regulation- Managing the businesses trade mark portfolio with external trademark lawyers- Reviewing and approving all artwork for campaigns, marketing and advertising copy and packaging for new product development and product restages- Member of the Molton Brown Leadership Team responsible for providing high level legal and commercial input on business topics (providing high level legal and commercial support to Molton Brown Global President and EMEA Region Management)- Management and resolution of contentious matters- Conducting Integrity, Anti-Trust and UK Bribery Act trainings for the groups UK entities.
