Whether it is pulling off the highly-lauded 2020 Democratic Convention Roll Call or ensuring immaculate logistics for Vice President or presidential candidate Joe Biden, I don’t shy away from operational challenges or high expectations. I always focus on finding the best path forward in executing any number of the high-level initiatives I’ve been involved in during my career. The same energy, passion, and focus I bring to leading a team I also apply to cross-functional workflows. I can see how to help people best work together for the desired outcome and find the efficiencies needed to finish the project on time, under budget, and with leadership buy-in.
