I am an IPMS Patent Rules Lead & Solutions Consultant at CedarIP, specialising in translating the complexities of global patent formalities into practical, technology-led solutions. With EPAC, CIPA and CITMA paralegal qualifications, I bring extensive experience across European, UK and PCT filing and prosecution, alongside a strong background in IP operations and paralegal team management.My role focuses on supporting patent-specific implementation and the development of CederIP\'s complex rules engine. I am passionate about improving operational excellence within IP teams by aligning formalities expertise, best practice and technology to help organisations manage complex global portfolios more efficiently and with greater confidence. Alongside my work at CedarIP, I remain actively involved in professional development within the IP community as a member of the CIPA Paralegal Committee. I have also contributed to multiple CIPA sub-committees, including the development of materials for the Advanced Patent Paralegal Course (APPC) released in 2025 and the current committee for the IP paralegal apprenticeship.
