With over five years of experience in Salesforce consulting, architecture, and management, I am a passionate and skilled leader in the field of business systems. As the Senior Manager of Business Systems at Huntress, a cybersecurity company, I oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that support the business goals and operations. I work with a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly systems that enhance customer service, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making. Prior to joining Huntress, I was the Senior Manager of SFDC Architecture at Fivetran, a data integration platform, where I led the migration and optimization of Salesforce systems across multiple business units and regions. I also have extensive experience as a Salesforce Consultant, working with various clients and projects to provide customized and innovative solutions. I hold multiple Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Community Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Business Analytics from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
