We’re here to transform our culture’s understanding of mental health by deliberately altering the language we use to discuss it. We believe that by changing the words we use from ‘Mental Health’ to ‘Mind Matters’ we can help dissolve mental health stigma. Let’s Change Our Words and Change Our WorldTo shake off the stigma surrounding mental health, we believe in turning awareness into tangible action by reshaping our language. Through our ambitious campaign, ongoing research, and educational offerings we support families, schools, companies, and organisations to look after matters of the mind. We aim to prevent as many individuals as possible from reaching crisis point. How We Create ChangeWe normalise open conversations about matters of the mind by facilitating spaces in our homes, workplaces, and world to express openly with intentional language that connects us back together. We’re shaping a new culture around Mind Matters and emotional well-being with:Our Campaign: The UK is experiencing a mental health crisis, with millions encountering obstacles in accessing vital support. One of those obstacles is the stigma associated with the term ‘Mental Health.’ Our campaign is to change our words and embrace ‘Mind Matters’ as a replacement term for ‘Mental Health.’Mind Matters Schools: Mind Matters Schools are showing how education can embrace this change in language to nurture resilient minds and foster supportive school environments where connection can thrive.Mind Matters Companies: We believe in bettering workplace dynamics by facilitating improved communication and connection among team members. Our company workshops empower organisations to centre the well-being of the whole team. Will you join our growing movement to rewrite the story on mental health? ABOUT HANNAH DUNN

Building the missing bridge between education and the work place. For generations, we’ve been taught how to achieve, but not how to care for our minds whilst doing it.Both traditional education systems and modern workplaces have overlooked essential human skills: emotional agility, self-awareness, relational language, and connection.Mind Wellbeing exists to build the bridge we all missedThrough Mind Wellbeing Champions (for organisations) and WOW (for schools), we embed preventative mind wellbeing across life stages, giving people the tools, language, and awareness that were never formally taught, but deeply needed. This is not reactive or crisis intervention. This is mind wellbeing the right way, embedded in culture, gently, and consistently.Workplace Wellbeing in an AI WorldAs AI accelerates productivity and automation, the real challenge facing organisations is human sustainability.Mind Wellbeing helps businesses move beyond reactive wellbeing initiatives and instead build emotionally agile, connected cultures where people can thrive. Through the Mind Wellbeing Champions programme, leaders and teams develop a shared language for emotions, pressure, and boundaries, strengthening psychological safety, creativity, and collaboration. The future of work isn’t just smarter systems. It’s humans who feel connected, valued, and well.Schools: Where Prevention BeginsProject WOW brings emotional agility and self-regulation into schools early, supporting children to understand their inner world before urgency or overwhelm appears. Children who grow up with emotional awareness become adults who communicate better, and lead with empathy.By working across schools and organisations, Mind Wellbeing creates continuity, not fragmentation, in how humans learn to care for themselves and each other.Speaking & Thought LeadershipHannah is a sought-after keynote speaker and facilitator, blending neuroscience, coaching psychology, and lived experience. She speaks on preventative wellbeing, the future of work, AI and humanity, emotional agility, and why joy and connection are essential for creativity and innovation. She is actively engaging in TEDx-style conversations to bring preventative wellbeing to global stages. The MovementMind Wellbeing is a shift away from fixing what’s broken and towards nurturing what’s evolving.Because when mind wellbeing becomes everyone’s responsibility, humans don’t just cope, they thrive.Wellbeing isn’t a response to crisis. It’s the foundation for creativity, connection, and meaningful work
