As the Global Head of People at VantagePoint, a fast-paced professional services technology consulting startup, I lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives, aligned with the company’s mission to drive innovation and growth across multiple international markets. In order to do this I have had to work closely with senior leaders and C-Suite to build leadership capabilities across the business support the complexities of organisational change.I am responsible for building a scalable talent strategy, cultivating a high-performance culture, and managing the employee lifecycle for a rapidly expanding, diverse workforce of 130 employees across 8 countries (USA, EMEA, APAC, ANZ). My role requires a combination of operational excellence, strategic foresight, and strong hands-on leadership in driving a cohesive global people strategy that fuels organizational success.
