ABOUT HANNAH CUMMINGS

I am a results-driven leader with 7+ years of experience in people development, management & programme design & delivery, currently responsible for driving a number of Scaling initiatives, with the collective aim of expediting the growth of Northern Ireland’s top technology companies and supporting them in achieving a market valuation of £100 million. The initiatives include Inbound Investors, which provides bespoke, pre-matched investor meetings optimized for companies\' specific sectors and needs; the Way to Scale programme, which offers ambitious, innovation-driven CEOs an intensive entrepreneur development experience in partnership with the Martin Trust Centre at MIT; and CEOs Connect, an exclusive peer-to-peer network that supports high-growth potential CEOs in Northern Ireland as they scale and grow.Previously I have designed support programmes for 100+ start-ups across a range of sectors from fintech to health-tech, with an onus on accelerating their trajectories, as well as creating pathways that act as entry points to innovation and entrepreneurship. My core competencies include project management, programme design, senior stakeholder management and relationship building and facilitation. In a previous life, I completed a PhD in Drama with a focus on participatory performance practices and their relationship to political action, capitalism and the performance of identity. My experience includes qualitative data collection and analysis, alongside 10 years of experience as a performer and theatre maker. I bring this background to play in the business world in my side hustle where I support business professionals to communicate with impact, as well as hosting panels and events.
