ABOUT HANNAH CASTLE

Hannah Castle is a purpose-driven leader with over a decade of experience championing brands, people, and physical spaces across retail, innovation, and community development. From helping scale Hillberg & Berk’s national retail presence to launching Cultivator powered by Conexus—Saskatchewan’s first tech incubator—Hannah has consistently turned vision into execution. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff at Fulmer & Company, supporting a $60M business and investment portfolio across multiple sectors. During her four-year tenure at Cultivator, she helped incubate 100+ companies, supported startups in raising over $100 million in private capital, and represented Saskatchewan’s innovation ecosystem across Canada and internationally. She played a central role in bringing together founders, investors, and community leaders while championing the power of Prairie grit on a global stage. Passionate about the magic of physical spaces, Hannah has long believed in their power to create connection, inspire creativity, and drive growth—whether it\'s a dynamic retail environment, a collaborative co-working space, or a buzzing event. Her leadership style is people-first and impact-focused, rooted in building strong teams, empowering big ideas, and delivering operational excellence. Hannah’s work extends far beyond her job titles. She’s collaborated with WESK, YWCA Regina, the University of Regina GATE Centre, the Hill and Levene Schools of Business, and AUDACITY—Regina’s innovation festival—supporting entrepreneurship education, mentorship, and community programming. A proud Reginan, she was named SYPE Young Professional of the Year and received the Game Changer Award at the inaugural Regina25 for her leadership and contributions to Saskatchewan’s future.
