ABOUT HANNAH CARTWRIGHT
Hannah Cartwright is a Counsel in the Construction & Engineering practice of the London office. Her primary area of focus is contentious construction. Her experience includes a range of dispute resolution, advising contractors, consultants and insurers in relation to disputes concerning defective works, final accounts, valuation and professional negligence. She has represented clients in complex multi-party litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, in mediations, and adjudications. Hannah’s experience includes domestic disputes involving a wide variety of projects, including waste management facilities, utilities, office facilities, and university laboratories as well as traditional construction projects. She joined Mayer Brown in 2011 as a trainee and spent six months on secondment to Unilever PLC during her training contract where she was specifically tasked with drafting, negotiating and closing agreements with a number of suppliers and charitable institutions as well as drafting and negotiating terms of framework agreements.
