ABOUT HANNAH CAMPBELL
With over ten years of experience in education, I am passionate about improving student well-being and outcomes through effective behaviour management and personal development. As the Behaviour Lead at Snowfields Academy, I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in National Award for Special Education Needs Coordination (SENCO), which enables me to coordinate the SEND provision across the school and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Previously, I was the Director of Learning for Personal Development, where I led the curriculum design and delivery of physical education, life skills, Horticulture and PSHE, as well as mentoring and coaching other teachers. I have also taught physical education as a subject specialist, and have developed skills in lesson planning, assessment, differentiation, and feedback. I am committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
