RY is and award-winning independent creative consultancy that specialises in brand, corporate and sustainability communications.I\'m responsible for shaping the direction of the Workflow team in the business and a long term strategy to improve forecasting of client activity and new business to aid headcount.I work closely with the Project Management team and manage their workload, allocation and use this to determine if we can take on further new business. I keep a close eye on all department commercials and present monthly figures to board members for recommendations on team shapes and project allocation.I handle any escalation from 2 direct reports who run the day to day trafficking across the business and in turn I mentor the team to get them up to speed with the Workflow strategy.My aim is to further develop the team to make it the best fit for RY.
