   In my role within the Center for Energy Efficiency & Sustainability (CEES), I help advance Trane Technologies’ mission to boldly challenge what’s possible for a sustainable world. My work spans ESG strategy, enterprise disclosures, sustainability education, and cross-functional engagement.ESG Strategy, Reporting & Benchmarking· Responsibility for voluntary disclosures including the Sustainability Report, Climate Transition Plan and Nature Report· Improve ESG rater and ranker scores by closing gaps, benchmarking industry standards, and elevating reporting quality.· Track ESG performance, develop gap-closure tools, and guide cross-functional teams on disclosure enhancements across environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics.· Conduct research on emerging topics and provide recommendations for future strategy.· Support development of sustainability roadmaps, including water glidepaths aligned to our 2030 net positive water commitment and nature strategy· Implement AI solutions to streamline reporting processes, score tracking, and team workflows.Sustainability Enablement, Learning & Engagement · Lead enterprise sustainability education programs, CEES quarterly webinars, and internal communications—expanding engagement and strengthening global sustainability literacy. · Manage the Sustainability Ambassador Network, including launch and mentorship of the global employee steering committee, development of learning content, and delivery of interactive sessions. · Lead the 3rd party Sustainability Business Strategy certification program for mid-level leaders and integrate it into enterprise learning pathways. · Maintain and enhance CEES digital resources and SharePoint platforms to improve employee access to sustainability tools, training, and updates.I’m honored to support a team dedicated to embedding sustainability across our business, empowering employees globally, and advancing our 2030 Sustainability Commitments.
